Backup & Restore Our dedicated cloud experts will perform daily incremental backups with a retention period of 14 to 31 days. Carbon60 can restore from a backup via a help desk request. Monitoring Carbon60 will perform basic up/down (ping) monitoring of the Host Server IP. Upon three failed pings within 15 minutes, a technician will investigate the issue to ensure it is not a platform-level issue, and if it is they will resolve it.
